WASHED PLASTER SAND
Washed sand is surface mined, screened and washed to remove silt and clay, then allowed to drain. It is typically a light buff color, almost off-white. Washed sand is finely graded sand and can be used for fill, to top-press golf course greens, and as a base for laying brick; rendering walls and pavers.

PLASTER SAND
Plaster is a building material used for the protective or decorative coating of walls and ceilings and for moulding and casting decorative elements. In English "plaster" usually means a material used for the interiors of buildings, while "render" commonly refers to external applications. Another imprecise term used for plaster-work that is worked in some way to produce relief decoration, rather than flat surfaces.
